Welcome to Hillside Farm Weddings!

We are a dry hire venue which means, we offer the space and you can organise all your own suppliers giving you the opportunity to make your wedding entirely bespoke!

Our beautiful wedding field & woodland is situated half a mile away from our family farm in a secluded location in the Cotswolds and is available for both mock Woodland wedding ceremonies for up to 100 guests & receptions for up to 200 guests.

We also have a two bedroom self catering bridal suite, located on our farm (half a mile away)

Here's a little bit of background information for you..

Hillside is family run by siblings - Sophie & Bradley.

Sophie has over 10 years experience previously working as a wedding coordinator as well as being a fully trained florist.

Bradley has worked as a private chef in Switzerland before spending the majority of his career working on large weddings & events.

The beauty of our venue is that you can choose all of your own suppliers making your wedding truly bespoke. Please see details below regarding recommended suppliers..

Cotswold tipis

Cotswold Tipis provide beautiful nordic tipis for your wedding or event. Perfectly in keeping with the natural surroundings of Hillside Farm, the giant tipis create amazing spaces for your big day.

Cotswold Tipis provide a whole host of furnishing including their bespoke handmade wooden tables, benches or chairs, lighting, firepits, mini tipis for drinks receptions and much more all designed to work brilliantly with the surrounding woodlands.

The team also has a range of Bell tent accommodation should you wish to offer your guests a camping option.

Cotswold Tipis will set up everything ready for your arrival and take down once you are finished at Hillside Farm.

Cheltenham Yurts

Cheltenham Yurt Hire offers a charming and quaint, hand-made alternative to the traditional marquee. They have a variety of yurts for hire of differing sizes and designs up to a 69ft (21m) marquee alternative. Their elongated banqueting yurt is a unique structure with 4 doors that can be coupled to other smaller yurts or catering tents.

Hillside Farm allows you to have exactly what you want! You can pick and choose whatever catering you desire. If you want some advice on any local caterers then please ask! We have a Chef within the family farm so his local knowledge is second to none. You are welcome to bring any pop up food trucks that take your fancy. Whether it’s a fish and chip van, Pimms bus, crepe wagon or pizza truck.
